The Project is a major refurbishment and remediation of the heritage listed Windsor Hotel in Spring Street.

Structural works include additional lifts and stairs, demolition of existing load bearing walls to create internal spaces, upgrade of plant platforms and new below ground plant spaces and other miscellaneous advice.
