This project is a 41 storey development in Soutbank with 9 storeys of above ground carparks, and with 32 storeys of residential and serviced apartments.

The project features a transfer-free structure and will include reinforced/post tensioned flat plates. The project also features a sophisticated, architecturally designed façade whilst still retaining the existing heritage street frontage.
