18 – 24 DORCAS STREET, SOUTHBANK

This project is a 22 storey residential development in Southbank with 4 storeys of above ground carparks and 18 storeys of residential apartments.  

The project features an ‘L’ shaped residential tower supported off a transfer podium structure and will include reinforced/post tensioning flat plates.
